Following the pandemic, we have embraced new ways of working. Senior leadership visibility is important to us at Nottingham, alongside the opportunities for hybrid and flexible working.

    • Pay – We are committed to paying rates that are in-line with regional and national averages, with clear pay structures and consistent salary levels. Our current pay package operates on two levels within the grade, with senior leaders moving to the second point of the grade on their two-year anniversary with Nottingham City Council. We are currently in the process of reviewing and broadening our pay package.

    • Annual Leave – We offer a generous 25 days for new starters rising to 32 days after 5 years’ service. (Previous local government service of 5 years or more is considered towards the higher value).
